The Ultimate Handyman site is now receiving in excess of 800,000 page views per month and in order to give something back to the forum members, this monthly competition is run.

The competition has changed this month and it is now as easy as ever to enter and free, as always.

To enter the competition you must-

1. Be a member of the forum.

2. From now on the competition will be run on a points system. You need 100 points to be entered in the competition for that month.

3. If you win a prize in one month you are excluded from entering the draw for the next month.

4. The top player in the arcade each month will a designated prize.

Earning points is easy-

For every new member that you bring to the Forum you get 100 points

To get your 100 points simply get your friend to PM (once they are a member) me with your user name and 100 points will be allocated for each new member.

For every article or project that you submit you get 100 points.

Please check with me first to see if the article/project has been done before you start it!

If you bring 10 new members to the forum then you will be eligible for entry into the competition for 10 months etc. The same goes for articles/ projects, if you submit 10 articles then you are eligible for entry into 10 future competitions.

For every post that you make in the forum you earn 10 points

For posting your own pictures in the showcase or Rogues gallery 30 points.

Word association thread 2 points per post

Jokes 5 points per post.

Points earned from posts in the forum cannot be carried over to the next month!

3. You must reply to the october 2007 competition thread in the forum. Simply click on reply and type "entered", or anything similar. This will guarantee you entry to this months competition as long as you have met the requirement  before the competition end.

It is as easy as that to enter the competition!

Competition Rules

1. This competition is open to everyone aged 18 and over.

2. One winner and four runner up's will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

3. No cash alternative or other prize is available.

4. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn from at random on the 31st october 2007  the runner's up will be the second, third, fourth and fifth valid entries chosen at random.

5. Only one entry per forum member is allowed. Multiple forum user names are not allowed.

6. We reserve the right to change the competition rules at any time.

7. The competition winner will be announced in the forum. All winners must PM ultimatehandyman as soon as possible with their address.

8. If You do not PM ultimatehandyman within 28 days then the competition prize will be void and no claim can be made on the prize.

9. The prize will be delivered to any address within the UK free of charge. If you live outside of the UK please be aware that if you win you will have to pay for the postage of the prize ( which will often be more than the value of the prize).

10. We reserve the right to offer a similar item, should the original item be out of stock by our suppliers.
