Kitchen cupboard

Post by njs »

When I lived in a privately rented flat, with no kitchen cupboards other than the one under the sink, I fitted a cupboard to the wall, which I'd done to previous houses no bother.

Difference was this was a crappy built kitchen extension and the walls were like made of sand. Needless to say, once we'd filled this cupboard with all our crockery after a few hours the thing came crashing down, I was surprised how tough some of our crockery was...

That happened to a friend of mine.

He had been living in the house for years, when one day the kitchen wall unit fell from the wall and broke all of the dishes etc.

Surprisingly he could claim on his insurance and got all new
