Where tiles meet the bath - sealant or strips
The bathroom is starting soon and I'm wondering about the finish round the bath.
Everything is being done from scratch and we've paid good money for fittings so I want the finish to look right if you know what I mean...
I've got enough Sealux Pro 25 under tile strips to go round the whole bath, but I'm wondering how it will look.
Would it be better just to tile onto the bath, fill it with water and then use sealant in the gap
Looking for your advice folks - what gives the 'higher class' finish
Cheers

Nothing you do is a waste of time - especially if it can be used as a bad example by others...

Thanks Hanky
I was thinking the same.
I've already bought the strips but I keep looking at them thinking they might look a bit cheap.
Which they weren't , but compared to the £1,000's the rest of the tat cost me it's not a lot and will end up being given to somebody.

That'll do - working on the basis that all four of you can't be total tit heads with the taste of a pikey the strips are out the window
Mind you when the sealant is mouldy and manky I might think different..!
Thanks to all
