help... adhesive on porous tiles....

hi all, i work with builders cleaners and occasionally we get jobs that are left with a terrible finish.. excessive adhesive & grout left on porous tiles. Often use acids, scrubbing, but find that even once adhesive comes away it will leave its stain on tile... any ideas??

The only thing I can suggest is dedicated cleaners that are designed for the job, there are a few different types depending on what the tiles are made from.

Not sure about the availability of these products in Australia though.
