Ryobi Warranty??

I was using my Ryobi one+ 18v drill/driver today, then it suddenly stopped working thought it was the battery flat so i used another which i know was fully charged,and it still wouldnt work

So i gave it a shake and it started to work on and off...next minute it went bang and the handle got really hot with smoke coming out of the back of it.

Does anybody know the warranty length on these tools? its just over a year old. I got it from B&Q with the angle drill pack.
