adhesive showing through tiles

i recently tiled limestone tiles on a wall and when it dried i cud c wre the tile had contacted the wall. it shows either trowel marks or blobs wre iv had 2 build ot. i tried sealing the tiles bt the marks are stile there. does any1 have any suggestions on ow 2 fix this r prevent this happening.
I also have 2 lay limestone tiles on the floor and am unsure of how 2 stop it happening again. the wall tiles are 11mm thick and the floor tiles are 20mm thick

There is not much you can do about it now.
