if your going to replace a good amoutn of the flooring id be tempted to just run a circular through the whole lot and pull it all out and relay new t&g. ask about though as ive found the quality varies a fair bit

Lol.... i think i'm going to be really glad that i've found this site for the laughs as i know for sure that i'm going to need them with this project i have..
