Bosch SDS locking nut for grinders

My 115mm grinder packed up so have been looking for a new one. The Bosch ones says they are compatible with the SDS quick-locking nut.

Has anybody used these nuts? Seems like a no brainer for tool-less disc changing.

I find they are a bit big for certain tasks, restricting the angle or amount of the disc used.
They certainly work though.
I hardly ever use a spanner for 115/125mm grinders, I find its very rare the nut requires a spanner, just hold the spindle lock and turn the outside of the disc.
Same for tightening them up, do the nut up finger tight, then lock and turn the disc by hand.

I use one on my 9" though. ;)

I wouldnt have said so, not for a small grinder.
How much are they, about £10?

About £20 of eBay for the genuine Bosch one - £10 for a generic one.

Small grinder or big grinder, tool-less disc change is so much more quicker if you don't have the spanner handy.
