B&Q website

Post by ultimatehandyman »

Why is the B&Q website absolute pants ::b

The search facility is a complete waste of time, they might as well not have a search facility :angryfire:

I can never find anything that I am looking for :cussing:

I agree Chez - total shite - you'd have thought they could have had something so much better. Screwfix is slightly better but not brilliant.

They should use Google search as it often finds items much more efficiently.

It's quite clear that B&Q management does not include anyone with DIY experience. They are all at Screwfix, which has no tradesman experience.

I shudder to think how many online surveys I have filled out for the B&Q website. If anyone sees one pop up just declinel it.
It's a waste of time because they obviously ignore any feedback and keep the website just as it has been for years.

You of thought with all those spotty youths behind the tills, they could find at least one computer litterate body to design a half decent site.

Most BIY (Buy it yourself) websites are pants ::b
