I never did watch the whole series but !, 3 episodes was more than enough. This programme hosted by Kemp only served to portray what has been in existance (so called gangs} for the last two Centuries at least.
This programme did nothing that would alert or educate the majority of the people to these minority cowards that need alway's to have fellow numbskull's by their side.
