Tiling over Bitumen...Help needed soon as please.

Hi all....right can someone tell me if its ok to tile over bitumen on a bathroom floor...???
Use to have lino tiles down but had been removed a long time ago and now left with a black concrete floor!(the bitumen is not thick nor sticky just looks black!)
Is it best to seal it or wot?..or just use an adhesive?

I am pretty sure that you can tile straight over this with single part flexible adhesive.
