msn messenger question

ive just got a new laptop and ive set up two profiles for me and the missus, she uses msn messenger and has been having my eyes out trying to set it up so the people in her contact list that have photo's displayed next to there user names, show up when she logs on to messenger.

it something so simple but we cant figure it out, we have done it before when i got a new pc but we cant figure it out this time

any clues any one

If you are using Windows Live Messenger - then I am not sure you can......

got it sorted, it was a little arrow that say show contacts details! know it was something simple
