whilst i agree people who peddle drugs to children are the scum off the earth and a bit of summery justice can and should be overlooked

the trouble here is its only alleged if there was sufficent proof they would be in prison or up on charges

his position would have been better served by taking a mobile phone picture and reporting them as all he has done was dispose off the evidence

you must let the law off the land do its work no matter how slow or innefective it seem

if you dish out summery justice there would have been several hundred people dead in britain after the london bombings because of there racial origins or religious beliefs

Altough i agree that summary justice is unacceptable in a democratic country, most of the time criminals are at an advantage because they make use of every loophole in the criminal law. these people destroy other people's lives and they shoulld not get off that lightly.

part off the problem is when people get wrong ideas like reading in the the phone book that someone is a pediatrician and people go round mob handed to "GET THE CHILD MOLESTER" a true stort

also i think he was charged with issuing a death threat rather than flushing the drugs.

Prob also pissed off the drugs squad, as a lot of the time the little fish dont interest them more so their suppliers, cut the head off the chain and shut the rest down.
