sent the letter to our local paper, and councillor she forwarded it one to another councillor who promised it will be looked in proply and dealt with how it should be, both emailed me straight back to say how gobsmacked they are, (the father in law is back in hospital got taken in on tuesday) she even said that she really does hope that this upset from the trader isnt related to him going back into hospital
such is life!
