Ive just layed new tiles in my bathroom.
Its been all grouted now. However around the edges is it recomended to put silicone sealant? I know you have to out it around the toilet and sink. Just wondering about the edges of the room.
Should I put silicone sealer around the bathroom?

Alot of tilers will use the silicone to tidy up the grout line to the wall, a little tip as regard to this.. leave the bottom cut of the wall off until the floor is tiled, tile the floor into the wall hence alleviating any floor grout line around the perimeter..cut & adhere the bottom wall cut afterwards, remembering to allow at least a 2mm expansion gap to the floor, if silicone is applied to this afterwards the silicone is applied in the expansion gap and makes for a more aesthetically pleasing job..
