my brother said I should join up, so as I had nothing safer to do I did,
try to find him as a friend then crap happens, theres 100's with the same name, and most seem to be yanks.

it won't even let search by location or d.o.b, can't even find other people I know that are on it

had enough of it already, so better leave it alone before I do something stupid which wouldn't take long

and to top it off can't get those faces to work,

why do computer things have to be so fragile, they should be bomb proof, you never know when someone mite over do it

Have to disagree - been a member for quite a while and so are many of my current and older friends. Also play Scrabble on it and have some blooming good games with quite a few members.

I can sort of go along with the sentiment that it could make one a computer hermit, but that is up to the individual - I also get out and met with many of these people.

Thats why I decided to join up, to try and keep up to date on things, but I get frustrated going though pages and pages just to find someone, because I don't know where they went to school or work.

Will have to get my brother to show me what to do

don't think I'll ever be a computer hermit in the way you put it (this is the only site I've stayed on and like), I prefer the face to face, as things I write usually get taken the wrong way, on the other hand so does face to face,

Think I'll go to the corner now and hide, or better yet I'll show that I'm still a man and break down another wall

Of course you can serch by areas ha ha mine is set to Manchester. When you type someones name into the search bar and press enter you can then change from all networks to say manchester. Therefore only searching the manchester networks. Easy! Once you get involved you will love it!

In fact Sat morning I typed facebook into google and it automatically brought up Chez's facebook logged in! Made for an interesting read ha ha!

I did that in the end, only problem now is only have email address of 3 people, oh well by time I start using email more it be out of date
