Old tools

Hey all,

I have 2 drills. A bosch and a really really old B&D one. I still prefer the old one ever tho its not cordless or anything its a good no thrills drill. Anyone else keep old tools?

Nope not old enough, I'm part of the new breed of cordless this and cordless that :lol:

My grandad has one of the old B&D jobbies.

I dont tend to keep old powertools, once they are passed their best, i upgrade, and pass the old ones on fto family for diy use :wink:

God you should see my dads tool kit. He is always going on about his drill which he has had since 1962 and still working. I point out that it weights about 10 stone, 1 speed, no reverse, no hammer action, no screwdriver function, 2 pin plug, sounds like an airplane taking off and wouldn't drill through a digestive biscuit :lol:

i have a bxd drill and router that are around 25 year old they both still work but are not over used now :thumbright:
