removing tiles from plasterboard
Have to remove tiles from plasterboard walls in bathroom, anyone have any tips, or is it remove tiles and hope for damage limitation, I have a feeling bathroom may be double tiled, due to tiles being flush with door archatrave.

This was a plasterboard wall in these pictures-
removing tiles
I used a large screwdriver, one with a striking plate and a hammer. It worked pretty well and there was only minor damage.

I agree, unless it was done by a rank amateur using inferior adhesive & they come off really easy then I would get my safety glasses on & hammer in hand & rip the lot out, for the extra few quid the PB is going to cost & leave you with nice tiling upto the architraves & not flush it'll be worth it.
