toolstation

www.toolstation.com

they have reduced the minimum order for free next day delivery to £10  This is a move from them that will see me buying more from them, as i sometimes dont have enough stuff to buy to get the £45 order they used to have, so would get locally

You can now order online and collect at the sales counter (this way you know it will be there)

They are cheaper on a lot of items when compaired to screwfix. (just avoid some of the unbranded junk they have, and the silverline stuff can be a bit rubbish as well)

I've been using the local one, half a mile walking, since it opened. Like you said can order online the night before and pick up first thing in the morning.

Better than SFX for that, and there is a Grahams plumbers merchant near them also.

Only trouble is I haven't walked there yet

We have one by us, then screwfix trade counter opened up literally 100 yards away from it although i still think toolstation is cheaper for certain items and also stocks more individual items where as you would have to buy multipacks from screwfix, hopefully they will weather the storm
If you think nobody cares, try missing a couple of payments..
