Quarry tiles

How and what should I use to remove the top 'coating' of quarry tiles, and what should I use to treat them again afterwards. There are a lot of dull patches over the floor that nothing seems to work on, so I think I need to do the whole lot.

HG seal remover then HG impregnator should work

Just another quick question - Is there any way of removing a cracked quarry tile without damaging the others around it?

replacing a damaged tile
