12 mill ply base

Advice i was given about tiling was that the trickiest part was in the planning - particularly if your area to be tiled is off-square. uneven floor etc Things such as where you want the cut tiles to be visible are important - i tiled the cloakroom toilet and it looked great - unfortunately, when my wife is sat on the throne, the last run of the tiles that she can see are the cut ones - i should have had them against the other wall, behind the toilet, leaving full size uncut tiles against that particular skirting.
Think twice and cut once!!
Also worth thinking about is the following UHM thread kitchen-floor-tile-to-edge-or-just-the- ... 18951.html - its valid for bathrooms or kitchens
