Tiling over Karndean flooring ?

Hi,

Any suggestions on the adhesive and prep. I need to do to tile over a karndean (similar to Amtico hard vinyl planks) follor with porcelin tiles ?

I know I should remove the vinyl but its very flat and sound and will be a bugger to get up cleanly.

You better ask the adhesive manufacturers about this one as it is a tricky question.

If they say it is ok, they will advise you accordingly.

Just to close this off, I used Bal Wall and Floor Professional which worked a treat. Had the tiles had any flex the recommendation was a BAL flexible adhesive.
