ZANZIBAR TILES

Post by graann »

I am trying to find out how you tile a wall with irregular shaped 10 cm x 10 cm wall tiles. ( Topps tiles Zanzibar)
I assume tile spacers can be used but because of the irregularity of the tiles, must be used with installers eye for detail.
Any help appreciated.

The left side matches the right, and the top matches the bottom, so normal spacers should be fine.

Make sure you get them all the same way round.

if the tile is so irregular ie: different sizes 9mm / 10mm / 11mm then just space by eye with a larger joint than usual ie: 5-8mm as opposed to 3mm - 4mm which is normal for walls

The edges are wavey M3 but they all match so the gap is uniform.

Provided you get them all the same way up
