how do you adjust them as they seem to be on the back against the wall?

They require two small holes to be drilled through the back of the cab - the lower one for the up-down cam adjuster, the upper for the in-out adjuster:

You can cap the holes with little nylon buttons to make an ultra-neat job of it

My last lot came from HPP in Oldham, but Hafele (Rugby) and Hettich (Manchester) both sell them. If you go to thos firms you'll need to buy by the box, though (25 sets). Woodfit (Chorley) sell them in single sets. You'll also need a half way decent dowelling jig or the Festool router/drilling rail system to drill the holes, as well
