tiling wet room

i have to tile a wet room with tile in trap in floor, what kind of slope on floor is recomended, where is best place for trap (center or to one side out of way), would you pour concrete floor with slope in it or build it up after, is there special adhesive and grout to use and putting glass block wall on one side, any problems using these, normal grout? any advice would be appreciated cheers.
