do i need nti backup now! 4.7? it on the laptop so do i need it?

You don't necessarily need that particular prgram, but if you have important files on your laptop and want to back them up then you can use it to automate the process.

If you're not that bothered or back up regularly in your own way then no.

Depends on the brand but probably pre-installed.
