Hi all, have scanned a load of documents into a folder, now how can i print the entire contents of the folder as i cannot just click on the folder and press print as it is not shown ?
Is there a way of highlighting several files in the folder or how would i go about this ???

assuming you have windows, if you right click on the folder in explorer, click SEARCH, type *.pdf (for example) and find all PDF files. Highlight all found files, right click on the highlighted selection and click PRINT
They should all open in turn, in their associated application (e.g. Adobe), print and close in turn
You need to ensure that your printer settings are set, i.e. double sided, A4 or whatever as the printer driver will take the last used or default settings
(if you want to find pdf and word files, search for "*.pdf; *.doc")

This is a great free program that does exactly what you want, it also adds an option to your menu (when you right click) to save or print the directory. I've used it for a while now, to list my (ever growing music collection!)
You can edit what information you want to appear too.

It's for XP you don't say which version ofWindows you are using.
There is also a way of addign a print option yourself, but this involves using batch files and manually editing the registry. What I like about the program above is that it can also list what is in the subfolders.
