Hi all
First posting so stick with it. New member from Perthshire,Scotland. It would appear that your site has a very English slant to it so thought I would keep you guys right and bring some highland flair to proceedings.

Welcome fellow jock, from someone (sometimes, travel about a bit) over 2 hrs further north
i've met 1 or 2 from here & they're nice enough to forgive them for being born south of the border
i love being married
it's great to find that one special person that you want to annoy for the rest of your life
I have a soft spot for the wife, it's a peat bog just outside Ardross
Still Yes Highland

Hi Brian,
I lived in Linlithgow for 13 years and liked the Scots so much I bought back a wife.
I've been happily married for 6 months - the other 13 and a half years have been sheer hell mind
Hope you enjoy your stay - not so many lock ins down here though...

Hi and welcome to the DIY and much more forum
Welcome from Scotland. you may need some help with those dodgy Building Regulations and NHBC standards you have oop there in Scotland.
I quite like the idea of living there myself but have heard there are loads of flies Midges at a certain time of year.
