Almost every program that runs on your computer has an assistant.
No idea what 'deal assistant' is for, unless it is for one of the MS card games.
What were you running or trying to open when it came up?
What operating system do you have?
What exactly does the message say?
Give us a clue (or two) and we can possibly find out what the problem is.

You can always tell a Yorkshireman,
But you cannot tell him much.
But you cannot tell him much.

A bit more info would help.i was just on the net
Were you just browsing or playing games and what site were you on?
What browser do you use?
Has the message reappeared or was it a one off.
If it has come back is it on the same web site or on any site.
Do you have Ccleaner installed.
If not download and install Ccleaner
When installing, watch out for the tick box that will install the Yahoo Toolbar if left ticked
Once installed, click Check For Updates (bottom right of the screen).
Once running, click
Cleaner -> Windows Tab
Tick IE to put a tick in all, then Untick Autocomplete form history
Tick Win Explorer to put a tick in all.
Tick System to put a tick in all, then Untick Clipboard, Start Menu Shortcuts & Desktop
Shortcuts.
Leave Advanced unticked.
Cleaner -> Application Tab
Tick All Boxes except Saved Form Information if there is a non-IE browser section.
With all browsers shut down click Cleaner then Analyze.
When complete, click Run Cleaner, the Are You Sure screen will popup, click OK
That should clear out all temp files etc.
**********************************
Then, please download MalwareBytes' AntiMalware
* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to the following:
o Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
o Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
* Then click Finish
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select > Perform Quick Scan, then click > Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click > OK, then > Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click > Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Save this log to My Documents in case it is needed for reference.
Reboot as required.
That should leave your computer clean and see if it appears again.

Was that after you downloaded and when you clicked to install?
If so, download again and save to desktop.
When downloaded, right click the setup file on the desktop and select 'Rename'.
Call it what you like, "Birdie.setup" will do. Click anywhere on the desktop.
Then double click the icon that you have named and try to install it.
I have just downloaded the setup file and it is fine, so it could be malware on your computer that is corrupting the setup file.
Renaming the file confuses the malware and it should allow it to load.
If changing the name fails, then leave the setup file on the desktop and reboot into Safe Mode, where the malware should not be running, and install Malwarebytes from there. Then click it to check for updates and run a quick scan. See what it finds.
