How a Tenant was living in my house

These three pictures are of a house that I used to rent out in Southport, these pictures are exactly how the tenant was living with her two kids, obviously she had not reported the leaking sink to me or I would have fixed it!



The sink had been leaking for some time and to collect the water she used a salad box from a fridge-



The water was stagnant and putrid.

Best of all is that she allowed her next door neighbour to dump 20 bags of Asbestos in my back garden-
