Not tools, I know but might be worth having a look at if you or the family download lots of music.
Just got my email for Money Saving Expert:
From the MoneySavingExpert, Martin Lewis, they have just built a totally free, ad free new tool, that instantly searches legal download sites whether for iPods or other MP3, to find the cheapest tracks. It's called www.TuneChecker.com, and frankly the best way to understand it is to try it.
