DVD decoder

I wanted to check out a dvd earlier, on the computer, it goes to autoplay, then i select Windows media, then it tellls me a DVD decoder is not installed...

I gather i just download one, install it tand thats it..

Any recomendations... freeware :wink:

If you only want to use the Windows Media player to show films then get the Basic Pack:

If you want to try the Media Player Classic Homecinema then download the Standard Pack from the same link.
You can always set WMP as default if you don't like the enclosed Media Player.

I just use VLC, never had a problem with it, light install also and full screan mode it better than Media player IMO
