It's not your computer, more than likely it is your internet speed (or lack of it) that is causing it to stream slowly, Or your browser may be bogged down with temp files.

What browser do you use, if IE then try Firefox

To clear temp files,
In Internet Explorer:
Open IE, -> Tools -> Delete Browsing History -> Tick all the boxes except Cookies and Passwprds -> click delete.

In Firefox:
Open Firefox -> Tools -> Options -> Privacy Tab.
In History select 'Use customsettings for History' in dropdown list.
Tick 'Clear History when FF closes'. and click Settings.
In History tick all except Cookies and Active login.
In Data leave all three UNTICKED
Click OK
Close Firefox.

You can check the speed of your connection by using this Speedtest. Select London or Birmingham and let the test run.
On completion, click 'Copy forum Link' and paste it on here to show what your speeds were like.

That is what is causing your YouTube streaming to pause:

download 0.96 mbs

I am not clued up on ADSL and broadband speeds so may I recommend that you register with the experts on:

http://forum.kitz.co.uk/index.php

Register and then give all the details about who your ISP is, what Windows system you have, what account you have with your ISP and how you connect to the internet (wired or wireless) and what router you have.

They are 'ruddy magic' on there and Kitz is about the most knowledgable woman I have ever come across regarding ADSL. Even BT consult her.

Thanks for posting back to let us know you got it fixed.

Glad to hear that you are back to normal.
It's great when you know where to look for help.
