pourus tiles help

hello all
please can some one advise me
i have been tiling for some 20 years now
but lately more and more customers are buying a non slip tile they are very
pourus when i grout wait untill it starts to dry i buff them
they look awful today just grouted my brothers tiles washed them 4 times with clean water and still they grouty looking tiles i buuf like mad stiil the grout is on them
i`m of to the tiles shop tomorrow to buy a hard sponge
or a primer as they look fantasic wet!!!!
any advice please

Does a grout cleaner not bring them up?

i have never had the need to use grout cleaner
any good ?

I should have worded that a bit better, sorry. I should have put 'residue' remover.

I know Topps sell it. For cleaning slate etc before sealing.
