Hi guys,
I'm new to your forum, so be patient..... I'm in the process of buying my first older property, I have been tolt by the surveyor that the property has rising damp caused by the most likely the above item. What I need to know is if & when I decide to tackle this problem, what is my best plan of action with how deep do I have to go before backfilling with hardcore etc?
Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.
Cheers.
