Open document, Click on "File", from the drop down list select "Print"........Select YOUR printer...MS will prob have a non-existant one as default..this should print...if not

What version of MS Works is it?
Set your printer as the default:
Click Start -> if 'Devices & Printers' is in the start menu, click it, or type Printers in the search box and click Devices and Printers.
When opened, right click your printer icon and tick to set as Default.
You will probably also have an icon for Microsoft XPS Document Printer and one for Fax, but select your printer as default.

You can always tell a Yorkshireman,
But you cannot tell him much.
