Grout in small quantities?

Post by hampshireman »

I have sixteen 75mm square green ceramic tiles to fit to match an existing layout in a hearth and it's kerb, which are grouted with dark grey or even black grout. B&Q have huge tubs of black grout which is expensive and a waste. Is it poss to buy small quants any where or mix something with white grout?

I do have a lot of acrylic paints which I use for my artwork and maybe experiment with them?.

Mapei do coloured grouts and you can get them in screwfix, plus they do the couloured silicone to match.

Topps tiles will also have various colours.

You want bagged grout, don't waste your time with readymixed rubbish.

Just mentioned they do silicone to match there grout colours. Wasn't implying that you needed it.

You could always use nicobond bagged all in one adhesive/grout which is available in grey.

Ah OK thanks. Even the bags at Screwfix are 1kg which is way too much but at least a cheaper option than the tubs.
