Impey Aqua Dec and Bal WP1

Hello knowledgeable chaps,

I've got an aqua dec installed and ready to waterproof, I've got a Bal WP1 kit to do it.

My question is, should I just go ahead and tank the aqua dec as if it was any other bit of floor? (Primer, Tanking, Membrane, Tanking) or do I need to do something special?

If it works on same principle as the system I use which is Impey, then it will be treated same as rest of floor. Instructions should point you in the right direction for that particular system though.

Hi, I just wondered whether using the BAL WP1 directly on top of the aqua dec was successful ?

Isn't Aqua deck like Wedi board? If so its a water barrier. Then it only needs the edges and corners.
May be wrong,,that's would I would do.
