Board used as a wall

This is where you can post pictures of extremely poor workmanship, whether it is done by a dodgy tradesman or by an incompetent DIY'er. Instructions on how to post pictures can be found in here.

Board used as a wall

Post by Piston Broke »

found "inside" a kitchen. Look at the "wall" on the left, c/w electrics, gas and a radiator!! Not a safe and proper installation, so made good and left.

Another angle where you can clearly see the gas pipe and electrics

They spent just over a grand on this 4 unit no frills kitchen from m*i.
it needs 3.1m of top, and guess what, yep 6 metres was sold to them.

Then they are trying to convince me to lash it in, no way i says, i then put a temp sink in and left.

The cooker is a sub standard installation, as no stabilty bracket/restraining chain.

Would have to check if allowed against a wooden surface.

If it isnt broke dont bloody touch it until it bloody well is and if it is broke then make drawing of the connections before you remove the broken one and replace with a new one LoL

Didnt realise you were a midget steve, that pipe is well below the average worktop height of 900mm so that means your old boy is about 2 ft off the floor LoL
