Problems with my mobile

Post by bobbie-dazzler »

I have a LG 510 touch tone mobile phone, and its starting to play up.

When I text, sometimes the characters jump, or if I have pressed a wrong character, and go back, it seems to wipe out the whole message.
Also, when I tough for example to go to messages, i have to 'touch a few times before it goes to messages.
Do you think I need a new battery?, I have had the phone approx 2 years.
I would rather want something I dont have, that have something I dont want

Is it a contract phone Bobbie, if so the provider should give you a replacement.

I have the same phone and the battery is always playing up. 2/10

No, Its a pay as you go phone, I'v had it for over 2 years, and TBH, I 'm not into phones, so the thought of having to buy another one and get the hang of all the workings puts me off, so wondering if I can get a new battery, and would the phone shop have them?

There a shop on the corner of earls court road and Cromwell that have thousands of them.

Yes most phone shops have batteries, but I doubt thats the problem.

Cheers scruff, I think the simplist thing to do is to take it in to the shop where I originally got it, maybe they can advise what to do.

Can't do any harm Bobbie.
