top toolbar google aol ect missing

i used to have the choice of several toolbars by clicking on a list
i have however managed to loose the list and the toolbar that used to say file tools favorates ect no refresh forward or backward buttons web search www. bar :dunno: :dunno:
any ideas !!
have tried system restore but no help :wtf: :wtf:

can any one gove the shorcuts to refresh forward backwards and favorates!!!

ok worked out f5 is refresh :dunno:

top left of the screen, click on view,toolbars from the dropdown list..shoul;d be able to enable missing toolbar or is it the explorer bar

unfortunatly thats one off the bars missing
all i have at the top is a blue bar saying
"www.uhm.co.uk .post reply-mozzilla firefox"
then all the open website underneath

Right click on the blue bar then restore.

Right click just below the blue bar, do you get a drop down box with an option to check the toolbar.
