Hi all, I originally posted this in the decorating forum but was advised someone may have the answer here!
We recently moved into a place that was newly painted, however they splattered paint all over the slate effect tiling in the bathroom and kitchen - are there any remedies for removing it? I've only tried good old scrubbing with soapy water and a scouring pad, and i also tried using white spirits, but it wont shift it. It's jus rather annoying as it looks like lots of little bits of dirt/fluff all over the place so i'd love to know what people would recommend to lift this dried on paint!
It's emulsion paint.
Thanks!

Re: Removing paint from slate effect floor tiles
If it's a smooth tile hot water and a scraper or filling knife. If the paint won't come away easily, then try some meths which will soften the paint
