What is the tray made from?
Is it hard (composite resin)? Or floppy and sounds hollow (fibre-glass)?

Hello Ann if its grout then it will flick off as a solid lump with an old credit card or somthing like that! if its Adhesive then you need loads of hot soapy water on it then try flicking it off with same as above!
IF IT WERE EASY ITD B BORING!
