You can buy the sealer from BnQ and use cheap roller and tray set to put it on. It is quite straightforward to do. The first coat takes a fair bit but the second coat floats over easy. It can look a little glossy at first but it settles down after a few weeks. Do not get it on any grass as it will kill it.
