Wickes 18v battery circular saw offer?

Post by Agile »

Wickes have a special offer at the moment of a 7" blade and 18v battery circ saw at about £23 instead of £44.

But take care! Its sold without a battery! I bought one without thinking about the battery as I have a Makita and three spare batteries for that. Those also fitted my red devil tools as well.

Actually the battery for this Wickes tool is completely different with a very thin insertion boss. So you will probably have to end up paying about £24 for a battery for it.

In my case I will make up a simple cable to connect to my Makita batteries.

i would never ever suggest trying to power a hand tool unless the the battery was fully intigrated clipping clamping and jiggiling can cause some dangerouse movements
