I do my emails using Google mail.
When I use Google mail the keyboard goes all sticky. As I type, the strokes don't all register and I have to go back over everything I have written and retype the missing letters. Sometimes I find I have to press the keys firmly to get the letters to appear. It's very annoying.
On Word and everywhere else in the computer the keys work as expected with no 'stickiness'.
What's going on here?
Is there a solution?

I have the answer.
I searched around on Google help, and it turns out it is a recognised problem with lots of users complaining. There is no explanation, but there is a fix for it. The fix is to switch to Google Mail's - Older Version.
So if you have the problem then at the upper right hand corner click on Older Version.
Looks like it's going to work now.

Re: Keys stick on Google mail
At work we have to fill in a fault docket whenever we fix a machine problem which has been reported by the operators.
Our comments tend to be hurriedly scribbled and full of acronyms, no sense letting the operators or managers know too much, is there!, things like NFF (No Fault Found), SIOAOA (Switched It Off And On Again), stuff like that.
One of my favourites when called out in the middle of the night to a problem which the ops should have sorted out themselves is RTFM (Read The F**king Manual!).
