I see UHM is by phpbb, what version are you using as im trialing it in test form with looking to change my current one, i have version 3 installed but cant get easymod or find a thanks button like on here.

Is it version 2?

Version 3, but I think some of the mods were added by the web designer.

Yes, this is version 3 of phpbb.

It was upgraded from phpbb2 a few months back.

I did not do the upgrade, as I know a webmaster that is an expert in phpbb and so he upgraded and installed all of the mods.

I'm not sure if easymod exists for version 3, but I never used it on version 2 as David always installs the mods for me.

As for the thanks button, it was custom made by David and installed as part of the thanks mod.

Thanks for the replies, did my test forum and found a thanks but and changed all the files but the thanks button never shwoed up even though thanks given and thanks received stats were there, dam.

Forgot to do the sql table first in phpmyadmin.
also apparently you can turn this on and off in the acp but i couldnt find it anywhere lol

The phpbb3 admin panel is a complete nightmare.

Wait till you try and change permissions etc.

If you can master the phpbb3 control panel you will probably find flying a jumbo jet easy :lol:
