Re: Another little bathroom
Looks great and really like the idea for access under the bath and keeping spares there also. Think I will do that in our new kitchen (keep spares behind the plinths).

Nice work
That is an excellent tip about spacing the tiles. I bet that a lot of people have been caught out with that in the past!

Re: Another little bathroom
Thankyou Colour Republic as usual a very detailed reply, realy appreciate the timeColour Republic wrote:You can leave an access panel, one of the nicest ways is with a magnetic panel, you tile over it but instead of grouting you silicone round the tile(s) in question so if you need access you simply cut the silicone, remove and then re silicone when done.aileenynwa wrote: Can you tile one bath panel at the end of a bath in a way it can slide out for easy access for pipes ect..,
It's always good practice to leave spare tiles under the bath too, so if anybody does have to make alterations they have spare tiles to hand
This is an example of a magnetic panel

Re: Another little bathroom
Neat way fo dealing with the access problem, but how do you remove the panel when it's in place?
I started out with nothing, I still have most of it.
