Sourcing 'Discontinued' Kitchen Units

Hi,

I'm new to the forum and hope someone may be able to help me out!

I've just moved into a property and would like to extend the kitchen units on to another wall. I've been able to identify the make/colour of the worktop, but not the units. I think they may be B & Q

Photo of the units is attached. They are a fairly basic white wood effect. Is anyone able to confirm the make/model and where new units maybe sourced?

have a look on top and behind the plinths for any labels or packing that can give you a clue
you could also look under the drawers

if you can get a hold off the previous owner then ask them or ask the estate agent to ask them

if it was an expensive kitchen it may be mentioned on the selling bumf like "top off the range rock solid kitchens by vance miller

I was going to suggest to look behind the plinths since the instructions/paperwork from the installers might still be on the floor behind them covered in cobwebs and loads of dust

Thanks for all the replies, it's appreciated.

I've now looked under the drawers, in the cupboards and also the plinths...but not one label or number.....nothing! I think it's a basic kitchen, but it's all in good order so I'm loathe to start spending a load of cash just to extend with a few extra cabinets.

If anyone recognises the design please let me know.

They look like magnets range from a good few years back.My cousin had similar looking units about 14 years ago.

There were many very similar but it looks like a wickes one from the late 90's. Do they have a grain on them or are they flat?

I think Magnet or Wickes is nearer the mark they do have a wood grain finish.

The doors look very similar to the B&Q White Country range. If they are, then B&Q still have this range in.

Thanks joinerjohn...close but not close enough. They are similar but the country range have a plank effect on the doors. Shame that, but i'll keep looking.

If all else fails, you could consider changing all of the doors in your kitchen for new ones. Perhaps not the cheapest solution , but certainly cheaper than a new kitchen. Mind you. SWMBO will probably want new handles then, at £10 each too.
