Re: Tocco lite/ TMobile
Thankyou Pud now bearing in mind as the others on here will agree that I am useless at anything technical, so bear with me while I am trying to explain the problem, and if you dont understand what the hell I am on about, just say lolpud1771 wrote:i do bobbie had it a year so i maybe able to help you out if not i may learn something off you ;-)
Right here goes.........
I think I have voicemail set up, but dont the know the number to check, but I press 1 and it gives me a list of options, ie listen to voicemail, press 2 to what I think they mean to record or change a msg.
I want to actually leave a msg, how u would do on an ansafone
Now the problem is .... I press 1 and call, then it tells me to press 2 to change the msg or record a msg, cant actually remember, but you know its a touch key pad, so I can get the keypad up to press the 1, but when it tells me to press 2 I cant get back into the keypad to do it, it sort of goes blank, so press 1 again, listen to the waffle again telling me to press 2, but cant get the keypad up without it going back to the blank start bit again.
how do I get into it to press the 2, unless there is another way of doing it.

Hi Pud, just realised i dont have to unlock the key,as its unlocked anyway, and yes they are at the bottom, but when I press the keypad again (after she says press 2), it goes off or back to blank.
Its so bloody annoying, I think I might have to take it to the shop and get them to do it....

Re: Tocco lite/ TMobile
Mine doesnt auto lock, it has done in the past if by accident if I pressed the side, but i just cant seem to access the keypad after I have pressed the 1 and hear the msg that tells me to press 2, the keypad just disappears.
but if you can ask your mates and they come up with a solution that will be great, save me skating down town to get it sorted lol

borrow another phone to record your message, just insert your sim into the other phone

Re: Tocco lite/ TMobile
FFS, can my life get any more worse, now the fone has actually packed up, not working at all now, so have to take it back to the shop again, its only about 4-5 months old and already been in for repair, they will probabaly ask me if its been near water, they always ask that, its like thier get out clause, but it hasnt, so I know tomorrow I will have a bit of a fight on my hands.
I needed the fone today as checking in on daughters house, she due back tomorrow, arrived at the house, went into kitchen could hear running water from the utility and toilet area, opened the door, and was like Niagra Falls, water everywhere, coming through the ceiling so its obvious the pipe burst, couldnt find the stop thingy at first, found it, ran the taps, still water gushing out, then found another water stop thing in a completey different cupboard, couldnt use my fone to ring anyone,(thats wen I realised it wasnt working) had to leave it and come back home to get my phone book and fone up for help to come and help me to clear up, had no electricity as that had shortened, so no heating came on as on a timer, but managed to get it all sorted in the end, what a bloody day I have had.
